Recently bought a peugeot 208 from M cars and I have to say it’s been a great experience. There was a engine fault on the car which Mark rectified when he sent the car for its MOT and service, part of which included new brakes and discs. I had the best experience with M-Cars when buying my second car, after owning my first car for 6 and a half years. I came across a rare Audi TT V6 online and noticed M-Cars was just around the corner. I gave them a call as the car was within budget and looked fantastic, and they arranged a test drive for me the very same day, even though it was a family wedding for the team.

I was looked after by Mark and Paul, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of them. They made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process, which really meant a lot as it was my first time buying a car without my parents’ help.

I picked the car up yesterday and they had arranged a fresh MOT, service, and full valet before collection, which made the handover even better. I am absolutely over the moon with both the car and the overall experience.

I work in the motor trade myself, so I see a lot of dealerships and levels of service - and I can honestly say this was very impressive. The included 3-month warranty also gives great peace of mind, although I’d be very surprised if I needed it as the car feels spot on. I know I’m in good hands.

Bought a Fiat 500x recently from these guys. I was very impressed with the service I received from Paul and Sophie. Got a service included as well as a 6 month warranty and a fresh 1 year's MOT. They also did a few other minor jobs on the car for the sale price too which is over and above what previous used car dealers have offered to me before. If ever I will be looking to trade in and purchase another, M Cars will be my first stop and I can recommend them to any one.

I bought a 2011 white Suzuki swift in January 24 for while I was learning to drive, I put down a deposit for the car on the day I looked at it. The communication from this dealer was brill. I passed this year. The dealership were so helpful when I got the car, helped when there were some problems while I was within the warranty period. And this car has been very resilient considering it was sat for a while! It has had its problems which were expected , but I’m so glad I got my first car from this dealership as they made the buying of my first car an easy process. Would recommend these guys

From start to finish I can’t even explain how impeccable the service has been from mark and Sophie.. I have Been very lucky with the wonderful little car I bought from this lovely company!

Not only was the customer service incredibly impressive - not once did I have to chase - ring more than once for information - they kept in regular contact with me until my finance was arranged which was extremely reassuring - the whole process was no longer than 24 hours - my car is absolutely immaculate - like we are talking show room quality - Iv had several cars over my years - and I can honestly say - I have never received customer service - along with the level of the immaculate condition of my car!

The service history is phenomenal - I particularly liked the fact mark said ‘ we don’t sell cars without a full service history’ it makes you feel so reassured..

I drove home to Wiltshire feeling extremely safe in my new car and will talk about this wonderful family business time and time again!
